Job summary

Inland Packaging is seeking a 2nd Shift Finishing Associate in La Crosse, WI. The role involves setting up and operating a label-cutting machine, ensuring quality through the full production cycle, and cross-training in related production duties.

A positive, motivated attitude and willingness to learn new technology are essential. The shift runs Monday to Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm, with a starting wage of $22.00/hour plus a $1.00/hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be motivated with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn new technology and adapt to shift needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run a label-cutting machine according to customer specs.
• Monitor quality of finished product through production process.
• Cross-train in other production roles as needed.
• Complete quality assurance checks and raise concerns when necessary.
• Troubleshoot and solve issues to keep production moving.
• Collaborate effectively with team to meet goals.
