Job summary

Inland Packaging in La Crosse, WI is hiring a 1st shift Machine Operator (Cutter) to join a growing team. The role involves setting up and running label-cutting machinery, ensuring quality through the full production process, and cross-training across production areas.

The starting wage is $22.00/hour with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00am to 2:00pm. Inland offers benefits including health/dental/vision and a 401(k) match, plus paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and running a machine that cuts labels, based on customer specifications.
• Managing quality of finished product through the complete production process.
• Cross-training in other roles across the production environment.
• Completing quality assurance checks and raising concerns where needed.
• Problem solving issues that arise.
• Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals.
