Job summary

Inland Packaging in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Cutter Operator for the 1st shift. You will set up and run a label-cutting machine, ensuring quality throughout the process and supporting cross-training across production teams. This full-time role offers a starting wage of $22.00 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of manufacturing experience, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new technology while contributing to team goals and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate label-cutting machinery per customer specs.
• Monitor quality of finished products throughout production.
• Cross-train in other roles within production environment.
• Perform quality assurance checks and raise concerns as needed.
• Troubleshoot and solve issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team to meet production and company goals.
