SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Mechanical Maintenance Technician for high-speed packaging and GMP environments in Jefferson, WI. The role offers $33.90 per hour starting pay plus overtime and double-time premiums, with full corporate benefits and a stable 2nd shift schedule.

Responsibilities include maintaining high-speed processing equipment, troubleshooting hydraulics and pneumatics, and performing welding/fabrication as needed while ensuring GMP and sanitary compliance.

Competenze

• 3+ years of hands-on industrial mechanical maintenance in a sanitary GMP environment.
• 3+ years maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• 3+ years maintaining industrial conveyors, drives, gearboxes.
• Welding (MIG/TIG) and basic fabrication for machine repair.
• US Citizenship or Green Card and 45-minute radius residency of Jefferson, WI.

Mansioni

• High-speed equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on sanitary processing and packaging machinery.
• Inspect, diagnose, and rebuild hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Maintain, align, and repair high-throughput conveyors, gearboxes, and power transmission components.
• Perform TIG/MIG welding and minor fabrication for guards and frame weldments.
• Ensure GMP and sanitary compliance in maintenance work.
• Collaborate with production operators and sanitation teams to minimize downtime.
