Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Mechanical Maintenance Technician in Jefferson, WI to support high-speed packaging and GMP operations. This direct-hire role offers $33.90/hr starting pay plus overtime and Sunday premiums, with a full corporate benefits package.

You will maintain high-speed equipment, troubleshoot hydraulic/pneumatic systems, service conveyors, and perform TIG/MIG welding on sanitary lines while upholding GMP standards and safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on industrial mechanical maintenance experience in a sanitary food manufacturing / GMP environment.
• 3+ years of maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• 3+ years of experience maintaining industrial conveyors, drive assemblies, gearboxes, and high-speed mechanisms.
• Proficiency with MIG/TIG welding for machine repair.
• US citizenship or Green Card holder and within 45 minutes of Jefferson, WI.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on high-speed sanitary packaging machinery.
• Inspect and rebuild hydraulic/pneumatic circuits and components.
• Maintain and repair conveyors and power transmission components.
• Weld and fabricate for machine guards and frame weldments as needed.
• Ensure GMP and sanitary compliance in all maintenance work.
• Collaborate with production and sanitation teams to minimize downtime.
