Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH Company, is seeking personnel to support plant operations at our facility. You will assist with daily operations, operate heavy equipment such as frontend loaders and skid steers, perform general labor, and help with maintenance tasks.

Role requires willingness to travel and work nights/weekends when needed, and adherence to safety procedures per OSHA/MSHA guidelines. Prior experience is helpful but not mandatory, with a GED or high school diploma typically expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the plant foreperson with daily operations and upkeep of the plant.
• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., Frontend Loader and skid steer loader).
• Perform general labor, shoveling, and equipment maintenance; assist foreperson and crew as needed.
• May perform welding and fabrication duties as required.
• Identify safety hazards and equipment malfunctions and respond appropriately.
