The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is seeking an Equipment and Machine Operator in Ohio to operate trucks and heavy equipment under supervision. CDL is not required to operate the requested vehicle and capacity is approximately 35 tons, with potential to operate a crusher under supervision.

Key duties include safety hazard detection, equipment inspections, and performing daily pre-trip checks while maintaining OSHA/MSHA compliance.

Competenze

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent; 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior Heavy Equipment experience, including Crushing Operation helpful.
• Individuals must wear personal protective equipment as required by OSHA/MSHA (gloves, hard hat, hearing protection, safety shoes, etc.).

Mansioni

• Detect safety hazards and equipment malfunctions and respond accordingly.
• Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment, including Haul Truck, Water Truck, Dump Truck, Dredge, Track Hoe, Frontend Loader, and Skid Steer Loader.
• Perform a pre-trip inspection of vehicle condition daily and report problems before starting work.
• Work as a team member to ensure a smooth and safe operation.
