Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking a MVA LL Fronts, Technician II, on 2nd shift in Greenwood, SC. The role is hourly with a $20.00 base rate plus a $1.00 shift differential.

You will assemble, wire, and modify components for medium- and high‑voltage assemblies, follow drawings and instructions, and support engineering with development activities. ISO and quality checklists are part of daily duties, with opportunities for a variable incentive program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Skilled in the safe and efficient use of hand tools and pneumatic (air) tools.
• Eaton does not provide immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
• No relocation assistance is available. Only candidates within a 50‑mile radius of Greenwood, SC will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and modify components for medium- and high‑voltage assemblies following guidelines.
• Mount and install electrical equipment and perform wiring operations as needed.
• Work from drawings and supervisor instructions, following established procedures.
• Complete ISO, quality, and customer checklists and production lists as required.
• Report material shortages to Kanban inventory operators.
• Inspect assemblies for quality and cleanliness.
• Support engineering, drafting, and supervision with development activities.
• Train and coach colleagues to share knowledge.
