Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking a Technician II - CC Role - 1st Shift to join our team in Greenwood, SC. The role involves assembling, wiring, and testing medium- and high-voltage components in accordance with engineering drawings and procedures.

You will use hand and pneumatic tools, follow ISO and quality checklists, and support engineering with development activities. A valid high school diploma and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required; relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Skilled in the safe and efficient use of hand tools and pneumatic (air) tools.
• Eaton does not provide immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
• No relocation assistance is available. Only candidates within a 50‑mile radius of Greenwood, SC will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and modify components for medium‑ and high‑voltage indoor and outdoor assemblies in accordance with guidelines.
• Mount and install electrical equipment and perform wiring operations as needed.
• Inspect assemblies to ensure hardware is secure and meet cleanliness standards.
• Report material shortages to Kanban inventory operators and support engineering with development activities.
• Train and coach colleagues to support knowledge sharing and skill development.
