Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking a Technician II for 1st shift in Greenwood, SC. The role focuses on assembling, wiring, and modifying medium- and high-voltage assemblies per drawings and guidelines. You will inspect, test, and stage components, while adhering to ISO checklists and quality standards.

The position offers a $20/hour rate with a standard first shift schedule and eligibility for a variable incentive program based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Skilled in the safe and efficient use of hand tools and pneumatic tools.
• Willingness to work with regular overtime and flexible hours.
• No sponsorship or relocation assistance available; candidates within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and modify components for medium/high‑voltage assemblies.
• Mount and install electrical equipment; perform wiring operations as needed.
• Inspect assemblies to ensure hardware is secure and meet cleanliness standards.
• Report material shortages to Kanban inventory operators and support engineering as needed.
