Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC in Colorado Springs seeks a 2nd shift team lead for electrical assembly. In this hands-on leadership role you will keep production flowing across SMT, cable/wiring, and final assembly cells, support your team, and ensure top-quality standards.

You will track attendance, report line stoppages, maintain IPC Class 3 quality and ESD protocols, and conduct clear handoffs with the next shift leadership. Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM.

Qualifications

• 2 to 7 years of hands-on electronics manufacturing experience (aerospace, defense, medical, or space industry experience preferred).
• U.S. Citizenship or ITAR eligibility required.
• Proven reliability, strong attention to detail, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Guide daily product movement through SMT, cable and wiring, assembly, and inspection cells to meet targets on time.
• Track team attendance and report line stoppages or material shortages promptly.
• Maintain IPC Class 3 quality, 6S organization, and ESD protocols on the floor.
• Conduct clear end-of-shift handoffs with incoming and outgoing shift leadership.
