You will be responsible for leading assembly personnel, enforcing safety standards, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Candidates should have significant assembly and supervisory experience and be prepared to work 2nd shift hours from 2:30 PM to 11 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of assembly experience required.
• 1-3 years of lead or supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of production assemblers.
• Drive a safety-first culture and enforce safety standards.
• Provide hands-on supervision, coaching, and training.
