Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Team Lead - Assembly Powerwave II for the Greenwood, SC facility. You will lead the assembly crew, coordinate production schedules, and ensure safety and quality compliance on the 3rd shift from 11:30p to 7:30a.

Responsibilities include training staff, enforcing 5S+ standards, managing materials, and driving continuous improvement while collaborating with other shifts to ensure seamless hand-offs and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assembly team and coordinate production activities.
• Plan and schedule production to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure 5S+ in responsible areas and PPE compliance.
• Train new team members on procedures and safety.
• Monitor safety, quality, and throughput; address issues.
• Coordinate with other shifts to ensure smooth hand-offs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and material handling.
