Job summary

Hope Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for the 2nd shift at Kersey House in Davison, MI. This full-time, on-site role supports individuals to live more independently, assisting with daily living activities and community participation.

You will monitor safety, assist in mobility and health management, document care plans, attend medical appointments, and collaborate with a care team to promote positive outcomes and personal growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with activities of daily living.
• Driver's license in good standing and CPR/First Aid certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety 24/7 and provide supportive, person-centered care.
• Assist with mobility, daily living activities, and community participation.
• Document care plans accurately and relay information to medical providers.
• Attend medical appointments and support crisis prevention and resolution.
