Hope Network / Otter Home is seeking a Direct Support Professional for the 2nd shift (Afternoons) on-site in New Baltimore, MI. The role focuses on helping individuals achieve independence, safety, and community participation through personal care, mobility support, and daily activities.

The DSP will work with the care team to implement plans, monitor health needs, and promote positive behavior while fostering trust and collaboration with the person served and their community.
