Job summary

Hope Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for part-time 24 hours, 2nd shift (3PM–11PM) in Commerce Twp, MI. The DSP helps individuals with daily living, mobility, health management, and community participation.

You will work with a team dedicated to respect, empathy, and reliability; benefits include immediate coverage, tuition reimbursement, paid training, PTO, and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. required.
• CPR/First Aid certification ability preferred or required.
• Commitment to scheduled shifts and duties.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety 24/7 with various check methods.
• Support crisis prevention, intervention and resolution.
• Build trustful relationships through empathetic communication.
• Assist with daily living skills and social activities.
• Support community participation and transportation to events.
