Hope Network is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Lapeer, MI for a 16-hour per week 2nd shift. The DSP will support individuals to participate in community activities, manage daily living tasks, and promote independence within a supportive team environment.

The role emphasizes safety, collaboration with care teams, and building life skills through hands-on activities and community engagement. A valid MI driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

• Assist with daily living activities including mobility, dressing, bathing and meal prep.
