Electrical Automation Services is seeking a Controls Technician for a large commercial bakery in Swedesboro, NJ. This on-site role supports plant electrical, automation and process control systems on high-speed food production lines, providing leadership and training to Electro-Mechanics across shifts.

You will maintain, troubleshoot and optimize systems, lead root-cause analysis, oversee preventive maintenance of PLCs, drives and networks, and ensure GMP, safety and regulatory standards are

Formación

• Experience in maintaining/repairing industrial electrical systems.
• Knowledge of PLCs, drives, networks and documentation practices.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and control drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and optimize plant electrical, automation, and process control systems.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical and controls equipment failures.
• Train and coordinate Electro-Mechanics across all shifts.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for PLCs, drives, networks and production equipment.
• Maintain electrical schematics, control programs, system configurations and equipment documentation.
• Support plant utility systems (steam, refrigeration, HVAC, compressed air, water, power).
• Ensure GMP, safety, quality and regulatory standards; drive continuous improvement.
