Electrical Automation Services in Swedesboro, NJ is hiring a Controls Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize plant-wide electrical, automation, and process control systems on high-speed food production lines. You will lead troubleshooting and train Electro-Mechanics across shifts, ensuring reliability and uptime.

You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for PLCs, drives, networks, and production equipment, while maintaining accurate schematics and documentation and

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent with extensive industrial controls experience.
• Experience with automation or electrical maintenance in manufacturing.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control drawings.
• Proficiency with Rockwell (AB), Siemens, and Mitsubishi software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and optimize plant electrical, automation, and control systems.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical and controls failures.
• Train Electro-Mechanics across all shifts.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for PLCs, drives, networks, and equipment.
• Maintain electrical schematics, control programs, and documentation.
• Support plant utilities and ensure GMP, safety, and quality standards.
