Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) seeks a 2nd Shift Concierge to greet residents, families, and guests at the community front desk. You will answer phones, assist with errands, and support operations across departments while staying on your feet and ready to help.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service experience, solid English communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Shift runs Thursday–Monday evenings with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to greet residents and visitors professionally.
• Ability to operate with a team and adapt to priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive first impression by greeting residents and visitors.
• Answer phones and provide guest assistance as the front desk contact.
• Monitor security and safety procedures and assist in emergencies.
• Coordinate scheduling, transportation, and guest suite reservations.
• Maintain records and assist with room service during peak times.
