Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a 2nd shift Concierge to be the welcoming face of our Cedar Park community. You will greet residents, families and guests, answer calls, and provide hands-on support across the front desk and beyond.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. You will work Thursday–Monday, 3:00pm–11:30pm, with opportunities to contribute to a warm, service-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work Thursday–Monday, 3:00pm–11:30pm.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience with professional appearance and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable and flexible to shifting priorities; willing to assist in various areas.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive first impression by performing valet parking for residents and visitors.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting residents, families, and visitors, answering calls, and anticipating needs.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, monitor resident call systems, and contact emergency services when necessary.
• Oversee building safety systems, including fire alarms; follow emergency procedures and assist residents during fires or severe weather.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling transportation, maintaining records, coordinating guest suite reservations, and ensuring suites meet standards.
• Support community operations by assisting with room service requests, dining room coverage during peak times, and event setup.

About the Role

• Knowledge of the local community,preferred.
• Intermediateproficiencyin Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and staff.
• Must meet local alcohol service requirements and obtain food handler permits within two(2)weeks of hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Support community operationsbyassistingwith room service requests, dining room coverage during peak times, event setup, and responsible alcohol service.
• Maintain cleanlinessincommon areasand ensure building security by locking and unlocking exterior doors at designated times.
• Welcome new residentsand guide them through the orientation process for a smooth transition into the community.
• Manage office supplies,resident documents, and menus; perform clerical duties as assigned.
