Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities in Cedar Park, TX, is seeking a friendly 2nd Shift Concierge to greet residents, families and guests, answer the phone, and provide on-site support. You’ll handle transportation coordination and assist with room reservations in a hands-on role.

We value reliability, teamwork, and a service‑oriented mindset. You will help maintain safety, assist during emergencies, and ensure a welcoming, resort‑style environment for residents daily.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with valid driver's license and clean record.
• Ability to work Thursday–Monday, 3:00pm–11:30pm.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Customer service experience and professional appearance.
• English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable, flexible, and team oriented.
• Knowledge of the local community preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel).
• Must meet local alcohol service requirements within two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive first impression with valet parking for residents and visitors.
• Greet residents, families, and guests; answer calls; anticipate needs.
• Respond to emergencies; monitor call systems; contact EMS when needed.
• Oversee safety systems and assist during fires or severe weather.
• Handle scheduling, maintain records, coordinate guest suite reservations.
• Support operations: room service, dining coverage, events, alcohol service.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and secure exterior doors.
• Welcome new residents and guide them through orientation.
• Manage supplies, resident documents, and clerical duties.
