Job summary

Fernwood Property Management is seeking a Concierge for the 2nd shift to support residents and the operations team. You will greet residents, process service requests, manage access, and assist with move-ins and move-outs.

This part-time role requires strong customer service, a high school diploma, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus. Candidates must pass background checks and a medical exam.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Minimum two years in a customer service-related role required
• One year in property management or hospitality field preferred
• Must be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet navigation
• Experience using Salesforce preferred
• Exceptional customer service and follow-through skills required
• Adaptable under pressure and stress of resident concerns and issues
• Outgoing personality – enjoys interaction with customers

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to residents and handle service requests
• Manage access control, keep records of visitors and deliveries
• Monitor surveillance and report suspicious activity
• Assist residents with move-ins/move-outs and elevator scheduling
• Greet residents by name and engage in conversations without making them feel rushed
• Handle problems or complaints with empathy, find solutions, and follow through
