Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC in Swedesboro, NJ, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily production, ensure efficiency, and maintain quality standards on the bakery floor. This onsite role requires hands-on leadership and collaboration with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams.

You'll drive continuous improvement, manage line performance, and ensure compliance with production specs while meeting customer demand. Shift is 2nd, 2:00 pm–10:30 pm, with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret production schedules, safety rules, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to train, lead, and effectively communicate with teams in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and product quality.
• Coordinate production schedules with Materials Management to meet inventory and customer demand.
• Monitor line performance, including downtime and waste, and implement improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with product specifications through inspection and process control.
• Train and develop team members on quality standards, equipment operation, and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, performance, and cost effectiveness.
