Aspire Bakeries is seeking a General Labor, Bakery-Production - 2nd Shift at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. You will operate and monitor bakery production equipment, ensuring quality and sanitary conditions to meet production goals.

The role requires teamwork, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to food safety standards. 2nd shift hours are 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM with weekend availability and an $18.00 hourly rate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Team-based manufacturing experience.
• Strong English communication.
• Able to lift and perform physical tasks.
• Willing to work variable shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line equipment to support bakery operations.
• Set up equipment and ensure material availability for lines.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards.
• Support product flow by handling and processing items per specs.
• Maintain accurate inventory and production data in the system.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation to uphold food safety and GMP standards.
• Collaborate with team to ensure production continuity and safety.
