Liberty Diversified International, Inc. in Papillion, NE is seeking an Assistant Machine Operator II to support machine operators and safely produce quality corrugated products. You will help set up orders, perform quality checks, stack orders, and communicate issues, with occasional operations support for gluers, stitchers, slitter, and saw machines.

The role reports to a Production Supervisor at the Omaha facility. There is a strong emphasis on teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or 1+ years manufacturing experience.
• Basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) required.
• Ability to read, follow, and complete detailed work instructions.
• Must be available for overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist with setup of orders per customer specs and prepare tools.
• Support quality checks by inspecting articles and first articles for defects.
• Monitor production metrics and downtime, communicating issues to leaders.
• Troubleshoot with maintenance to maximize equipment efficiency.
• Assist with minor repairs in partnership with maintenance team.
