Responsibilities

• Manage daily check-in process for drivers and verify credentials.
• Schedule vehicles in coordination with maintenance and arrange replacements as needed.
• Prepare and verify work orders for driver assignments.
• Create daily shift reports for leadership.
• Monitor weather, traffic, and airport conditions; communicate delays/resolutions.
