All City Towing LLC seeks a dispatcher for the second shift, Tuesday through Saturday, 3 PM to 11 PM, in-person in Milwaukee. You will receive and dispatch calls, relay requests to drivers, assist with route planning, and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient service.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay composed under pressure while delivering excellent support to customers and drivers.

Formación

• Experience in dispatch or call center operations.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and dispatch calls from customers and agencies using a computer dispatch system.
• Relay requests to drivers and assist with route planning as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry for calls.
• Communicate professionally with customers and staff.
• Handle customer service issues in real time and maintain safety.
• Complete paperwork and comply with company policies.
