Job summary

Logicalis is seeking a Network Operations Center specialist to join its 24x7x365 operations team, supporting customers’ network environments from hubs in West Chester, OH and Troy, MI. You will perform break/fix troubleshooting, deploy software updates, and coordinate with Cisco, AT&T, Verizon, and other vendors to resolve complex issues.

The role requires ITIL-based incident, problem and change management experience, strong documentation skills, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field.
• 4 years of experience in network operations center or equivalent network support team.
• Experience with ITIL-based incident tracking system (Service-Now, CA Service Desk, etc.).
• Understanding of network monitoring tools and technologies.
• Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Performs break/fix troubleshooting, software updates and feature enhancements to networking devices.
• Works closely with external vendors such as Cisco, AT&T, Verizon, etc. in troubleshooting hardware and circuit issues.
• Creates and maintains technical and process documentation for troubleshooting purposes.
• Understands ITIL and follows predefined incident, problem and change management processes in place for each customer.
• Responds and solves customer issues utilizing technology tools, procedures, and training through awareness of service offerings and SLAs.
• Understands all Logicalis service offerings to better support customer and expand service offerings.
• Maintains professional conduct aligned with company values.
• Complies with applicable laws and policies as a professional.
