Job summary

Highrise AI is seeking a Network Operations Engineer to provide 24x7 oversight of our AI/ML infrastructure. The role requires experience in high-stakes 24x7 environments and strong customer-facing skills.

You will monitor compute, storage, and network resources, triage incidents, and collaborate with SRE and product teams to improve reliability across on-prem and cloud deployments. This is a hybrid/remote US-based position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience supporting customers using network and/or compute infrastructure at scale in 24x7 environments.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide low-latency, context-aware direct customer support to ensure customers get the most from our infrastructure.
• Manage impacts to compute, storage, and network resource pools to meet SLA commitments.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, standards, and runbooks for your focus area.
• Assist SRE with fleet management including firmware and configuration upgrades and orchestration of planned maintenance.
