Job summary

Highrise AI is seeking hands-on network/systems engineers to support 24x7 AI cloud infrastructure across multiple sites. The role combines technical aptitude with strong customer-facing skills to keep services resilient and performant.

You will engage with frontline NOC teams, lead incident response, and collaborate with product and platform teams to improve reliability. The role is full-time, with hybrid or remote options depending on location, and may require travel to data centers for

Qualifications

• 5+ years directly supporting customers using compute infrastructure at scale in 24x7 environments.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in network and systems operations in large scale compute environments.
• Experience with OpenStack or similar open cloud platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight on NOC workflows to ensure urgent resolution of critical issues.
• Manage impacts to compute, storage, and network resource pools to meet SLA commitments.
• Lead incident management and drive prevention actions.
• Create documentation and runbooks; drive automation to reduce toil and extend observability.
