Job summary

Alliance Health is seeking an AI Operations Engineer to ensure the stability and performance of deployed AI models and services in production. The role covers deploying, monitoring, and maintaining AI systems, with a focus on automation, CI/CD, and cost-efficient operation.

You will collaborate with security, governance, and platform teams to enforce controls, manage data lineage, and optimize reliability in a hybrid cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field with 3 years of experience deploying AI/ML in production.
• 2+ years of Python experience and ML libraries used to develop, test, deploy, and support AI/ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, monitor, support, and maintain AI models in production environments.
• Develop and manage CI/CD and MLOps pipelines for model packaging, testing, deployment, rollback, and lifecycle management.
• Architect and manage hybrid cloud-AI environments for multi-model deployments.
• Implement IaC and automation for scalable AI services.
• Maintain observability, logging, metrics, and alerting across AI systems.
• Provide incident response, root cause analysis, and ongoing technical support.
