Job summary

Highrise AI is seeking a Network Operations Engineer to provide 24x7 oversight and rapid response for our AI/ML infrastructure across data centers and managed environments. You will monitor and triage incidents, ensuring low-latency support and SLA adherence while collaborating with product and SRE teams.

The role requires a strong customer-facing mindset, the ability to learn new systems quickly, and excellent communication skills in a high-pressure setting. Hybrid/remote options apply.

Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, and/or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years supporting customers using network and/or compute infrastructure at scale in 24x7 environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide low-latency, context-aware direct customer support to ensure Highrise customers get the most from our infrastructure.
• Manage impacts to compute, storage, and network resource pools to meet SLA commitments.
• Help drive customer-driven workflow by aiding in the triage of inbound cases.
• Provide timely updates on incidents, and escalation when necessary.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, standards, and runbooks for your focus area.
