Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Network Operations Center Technician III for the TRIP NOC at Scott AFB, IL. You will monitor and troubleshoot DISA-provided GIG/ DISN services 24x7, create and update Remedy tickets, and coordinate fault isolation across multiple tools and teams.

Ideal candidates have DoD credentials, active security clearance, and 3–5 years in network operations, with expertise in routers, switches, DSN/DRSN, Video Services, and related gear.

Qualifications

• Requires active DoD security clearance (Secret) and ability to obtain Top-Secret.
• Experience in 24/7 operations.
• Experience with fault isolation and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Create and update tickets using Remedy.
• Monitor network events 24x7 across multiple tools.
• Analyze alarms and faults to identify root causes and coordinate corrections.
• Support global situational awareness and customer coordination.
• Engage with O&M leadership for guidance and escalation.
