Candidate Experience site is seeking a scheduling coordinator to manage a 24/7 live schedule across the system using Kronos for staffing and timekeeping. The role supports continuous patient care with rotating shifts and weekend/holiday duties at our Downtown Indy location.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, with 1–2 years in customer service and familiarity with Kronos. Flexibility and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Flexibility to work 24/7 including weekends/holidays.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a 24/7 live schedule using Kronos for staffing, timekeeping and scheduling.
• Maintain Kronos and related records to support IUHWFC.
• Perform daily operations and special projects related to the 24/7 live schedule.
• Ensure resources are allocated to increase flexibility for patient care.
