Job summary

Johnson Controls International plc. is seeking a vigilant alarm and incident monitoring dispatcher to provide 24/7 monitoring, rapid dispatch, and security messaging for a global organization.

You will respond to alarm events, process internal and external emails, answer calls promptly, and maintain professionalism while working in the Redmond SOC. Prior SOC, security, or emergency services experience is preferred, and on-site work is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to alarm events and answer incoming calls quickly and efficiently.
• Action/respond to internal/external customer emails.

• Follow through and own queries where possible.
• Work unsupervised and maintain professionalism.
• Model safety and SOP adherence, including emergency procedures.
