Job summary

Strategic Security (SSC) seeks an Operations Center Watch Officer for our 24/7 SOC. You will monitor alarms, CCTV, radios and respond to calls, while coordinating with clients and security teams to ensure site safety.

Responsibilities include dispatching personnel, logging activity, and supporting multiple shifts. Must be 21+, US work authorized, with computerized skills and strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional computer skills and ability to multi-task.
• Experience in security/Operations Centers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor intrusion and fire alarm systems for client locations.
• Observe CCTV and radio talk groups for local sites.
• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Annotate site activity related to security and facilities.
• Dispatch security personnel for service calls.
• Maintain log books and blotters; backfills as needed.
