Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced manufacturing site near Freehold, NJ. The role focuses on safety-driven leadership, Lean and Six Sigma improvements, and high-visibility results.

The successful candidate will manage a multi-shift operation with direct and indirect reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will partner with maintenance, engineering, quality, planning and logistics to optimize performance, implement new product

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
7+ years of operations/manufacturing management experience.
Experience in pharmaceutical, personal care, food or beverage manufacturing.
FDA-regulated environments experience.
Experience leading 100+ total reports (direct/indirect).
Root cause analysis and corrective action experience.
Experience overseeing 24/7 operations.
Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
Budget management experience.
ERP experience.
MS Office skills (Word & Excel).
Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

Directs 24/7 manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, throughput, reliability, and cost targets.
Designs and deploys continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Leads coaching, hiring, onboarding, and succession planning for site teams.
Collaborates with maintenance, engineering, quality, planning, and logistics to meet site objectives.
Manages budgets, labor planning, and capital investments; advises site leadership.
