All-Stat Portable is seeking a Client Services Representative for the 1st shift in Skokie, IL. This in-office role supports our 24/7 call center by handling orders, relaying status updates, and routing technicians to ensure fast exam turnarounds.

A proven communicator with strong multitasking skills will excel in this fast-paced environment. Primary duties include entry of orders, tracking exams, and coordinating with internal teams and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Receive intake calls and orders for a 24/7 call center.
• Enter orders into the medical tracking system and maintain logs.
• Provide status updates to clients and route exams to field staff.
• Dispatch orders and monitor technician routes for fastest turnaround.
• Maintain communication with technicians and clients about order status and requirements.
• Grant online access to external medical professionals as needed.
• Display urgency and deliver high-quality customer service.
