Job summary

Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Madison, WI for a long-term contract. You will support end users, hardware, network infrastructure, and AV tech across Wisconsin locations.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Technician, or related field.
2+ years of desktop support, technical support, or field service experience.
Experience installing, configuring, repairing, and maintaining computer hardware and software.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking.
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Experience supporting printers, scanners, and peripherals.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and related peripherals.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
Support audio/visual and video conferencing technologies.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
Perform equipment deployments, upgrades, and field service activities.
Support infrastructure hardware and cybersecurity initiatives.
Document technical issues, resolutions, and installations.
