Job summary

Software Resources has an immediate contract opportunity for an IT Support Analyst (Sports Group) in Stamford, CT. The role is on-site with 24/7/365 operations and some travel to events domestically and internationally.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of related IT support experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work calmly under pressure while addressing IT and networking issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 1-3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT support and networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational status of Sports Group infrastructure and provide 24/7/365 on-site support with some travel.
• Desktop support, local apps support, network, servers, printers, remote access, and file shares troubleshooting.
• Travel to support on-location broadcast events domestically and internationally.
• Analyze, segment, isolate and resolve client service needs; escalate when necessary.
• Familiarity with Apple OS X, Windows, Linux/Unix is a plus; log tickets using tracking software.
