Job summary

Air Transport Services Group Inc. seeks a Data Center Technician to keep company computer systems running 24/7. You will run daily jobs, perform backups, answer help desk calls, and log support tickets.

Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, servers, Windows, MS Office, printers, phones, and networks. Collaboration with IT to restore critical operations is essential. The role requires 1+ year of IT support experience or an associate degree, strong customer service, and the ability to

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED.
Minimum 1 year experience supporting desktop and laptop computers, Windows servers, MS Office or an associate’s degree in a related field.
Ability to work any/all shifts as required.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Must have Customer Service skills.
Detail oriented with all tasks.
Basic Network knowledge.
Basic knowledge of Information technology support.

Responsibilities
