Job summary

Warner Media, LLC. is seeking an Associate Broadcast & IT Support to provide timely support in a fast-paced 24x7 broadcasting environment. Responsibilities include operating satellite equipment, providing technical support, and documenting procedures. Strong communication skills and technical knowledge are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate should have a 2 or 4-year technical degree and experience in multimedia or IT services. Physical ability to lift equipment and a CDL Class B License are also required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in television or IT client service.
• Familiarity with server, networking topology and operating systems.
• Capable of working shifts in a 24x7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate satellite trucks and portable equipment for broadcasts.
• Provide 24x7 technical support for audio and video equipment.
• Document operational procedures and maintain inventory.

Skills

Troubleshooting broadcast and computer equipment

Customer service skills

Communication skills (verbal, written)

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Adaptability in fast-paced environments

Education

2 or 4 year technical degree, preferably in electronics or computer engineering
