Job summary

WWE is seeking an on-site Facilities Coordinator to support the corporate headquarters in Stamford, CT. You will perform hands-on maintenance of building systems, manage space planning, and provide responsive, white-glove service to executives and staff.

This is a 24x7 on-call role with after-hours and weekend responsibilities. The candidate should have 3–5 years of facilities experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, plus

Qualifications

• 3–5 years corporate or commercial facilities maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED; relevant certifications a plus.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, life-safety).
• Handle general repairs including drywall, painting, carpentry with hand tools.
• Inspect offices, conference rooms, and equipment for maintenance needs and safety.
• Maintain on-site gym and support space planning and furniture moves.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for scheduled maint and improvements.
• Provide 24x7 emergency-response support and maintain CMMS/work-order logs.
