Job summary

F2 SYSTEMS, LLC seeks a Help Desk / Service Desk Specialist to provide 24/7 support to USMC personnel at the Operating Forces Tactical Systems Support Center, Camp Pendleton, CA. The role requires fielding and diagnosing issues, routing to C4I analysts, and maintaining rapid response in a secure environment.

Candidate must have DoD clearance, 2+ years in help desk, and familiarity with C4I systems and USMC procedures. Shifts may include nights and weekends in a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Sponsored Security Clearance required.
• 2+ years Help Desk support and troubleshooting experience; preferred with C4I systems and USMC.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 Help Desk support to the USMC from Camp Pendleton, CA.
• Field, diagnose, and route telephone calls to C4I analysts in the workplace.
• Ensure timely problem recognition, isolation, resolutions, and follow-up steps.
