Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with polygraph.
5+ years of Military or Intelligence Community experience with expertise in at least one intelligence discipline.
Customer Service Mindset.
Outstanding Problem-Solving Abilities and Communication Skills.
Flexibility for 24/7 Shift Rotations covering nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to intelligence professionals using operational Intelligence Community knowledge.
Troubleshoot software issues through first-line support in real-time.
Support mission-critical systems 24/7 via rotating shifts (nights, weekends, holidays).
Bridge the gap between users and developers with intelligence expertise.
Monitor and maintain multiple security domains and applications (e.g., MIST, Watchbox, Intelbook, Linx, Reports, Sheets, Drive).
Keep Intelligence Tools running when users need them most.
Diagnose and resolve issues quickly to avoid impact on missions.
