Peraton is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to support the SITEC-3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance task order. The role is located at Homestead ARB, FL, providing end-user support, incident tracking, and device/software provisioning for USSOCOM environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum education matches listed levels (HS/AS/BS as applicable).
• Active security clearance with the ability to obtain DoD TS/SCI.
• Must be DoW 8140 compliant under the specified Work Role Code.

Responsibilities

• Provides user support resolving problems using help desk tools such as Remedy.
• Supports email, account creation/maintenance and standard desktop apps.
• Acts as POC for end user incidents and coordinates resolutions across sites.
• Creates and tracks tickets in ITSM system and escalates when needed.
• Troubleshoots/repaints end user devices, installs software, and re-images hardware.
• Maintains file access, accounts, tokens, and CAC/Token pins.
• Monitors IT projects, incidents, and changes impacting customers.
