Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a GSOC Operator to monitor and respond to security incidents across client locations worldwide. You will work in a GSOC environment using access control, alarm monitoring, and BI tools to detect, analyze, and alert on safety threats to people, property, and brand image.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, coordinating with security teams and emergency services, and maintaining thorough reports and data analyses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles
• High school diploma or equivalent or five years of verifiable experience
• Experience as a Dispatch Operator or GSOC exposure preferred
• Minimum two years military, law enforcement, government, or security experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Applications and able to write reports and analyze data

Responsibilities

• Provide safety and security procedures and emergency response when needed
• Respond to incidents calmly and solve problems
• Investigate alarms and coordinate with security or emergency services
• Assist employees with safety and security concerns
• Monitor travel safety and security of employees
