Control Risks is seeking dedicated GSOC Operators to join a robust GSOC program for a global technology company. The role focuses on safeguarding onsite assets and employees through alarm monitoring, incident assessment, and swift coordination with stakeholders.

The position operates on a 14:00-00:00 shift, Friday through Monday, on a 4x10 schedule with weekend and holiday coverage. Strong communication and decision‑making skills are essential as you support security protocols and continuous

Qualifications

• 0+ years of experience in a GSOC, Security Operations, or similar role in technology.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in history, Political Science, Criminal Justice, or related areas preferred.
• Working knowledge of security systems, incident response protocols, and emergency management.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations and make sound decisions under stress.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and alarm systems to detect and respond to potential threats.
• Conduct real-time assessments of incidents and coordinate the appropriate response with internal and external stakeholders.
• Document all incidents thoroughly, including actions taken and the outcome, for future reference and analysis.
• Support the execution of security protocols and procedures as directed by leadership to maintain a safe environment.
• Engage in regular training to uphold knowledge of security trends, technologies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security processes and upgrade incident response strategies.
