Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. operates a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) in a 24/7, high‑volume monitoring environment to safeguard stores, customers, and assets across North America.

The GSOC Operator coordinates incident responses, validates alarms, and supports field technicians while ensuring privacy and policy compliance. Ideal candidates have GSOC or central monitoring experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a demanding security operations

Qualifications

• Experience in a GSOC or central monitoring environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of video surveillance ethics and data privacy is required.
• Ability to work a 24/7 schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor video feeds, environmental sensors, alarms, and access points across North American stores.
• Verify alarms remotely and coordinate rapid incident responses with law enforcement and emergency services.
• Coordinate breakfix tickets and liaise with field technicians and vendors for rapid repair.
• Process CCTV view requests while complying with privacy and legal guidelines.
• Conduct regular audits of cameras, alarms, and access logs as assigned.
• Serve as primary contact during emergencies to support business continuity.
• Manage access cards, permissions, and stock GPS trackers for loss prevention.
• Provide remote oversight for after-hours deliveries and unsetting alarms.
• Handle CCTV retrieval requests and monitor field team body cameras for safety.
• Use two-way audio to communicate with potential threats on-site when needed.
• Support crisis management during incidents and natural disasters.
